The first stage is a no obligations conversation. Tell us what you want. We are happy to make recommendations, give advice and discuss all the different options available.
The design stage is next. Don’t worry you don’t need to be an artist! Once we know what you want, we design the artwork for you! We can work from a sketch, photograph, picture or just your ideas vocalised. You can also download a template below. Once completed we'll send over the artwork for your approval. We want it to be perfect so there is no limit to the adjustments we can make at this stage.
Moulding stage. When your completely happy we will ask you to signed off on the design and make payment. We then produce the computer modelling for the coin. This is then sent back to you to approve before being turned into a coin stamp or mould from which the coins are struck.
Production Stage. Your coins are then produced using the latest technology and hand furnished to your specification. Manufacturing flaws are acceptable with us. We ensure that every coin is quality controlled before being delivered.
Delivery stage. We provide a tracked and fully insured service and if your local we can deliver in person.
Aftersales stage. We welcome your feedback as we always want to improve our service. We can also offer advice on how best to market your coins if selling is your aim. We keep your mould for at least two years, this means you can adapt or do a re-run at any time and for a much lower price.
